A hot turkey sandwich inspired by the 'Raging Cajun' from a local cafe, featuring a spicy Calabrian chili mayo, provolone, tomato, red onion, and roasted radicchio on a seeded baguette.

  1. Preheat your oven to broil.

  2. Prepare the chili mayo by combining mayonnaise, Calabrian chili paste, and a clove of garlic.

  3. Split the seeded baguette and spread the chili mayo on both sides.

  4. On one side of the bread, layer thinly sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with salt. Top with provolone cheese.

  5. On the other side of the bread, layer thinly sliced red onions and sliced radicchio.

  6. Drizzle the radicchio with olive oil.

  7. Place both halves of the sandwich under the broiler until the cheese is melted and the radicchio is slightly browned and wilted.

  8. Assemble the sandwich, cut in half, and serve.
